Dr Simon Kennon and the Editorial Board present Volume 13 Issue 3 of Interventional Cardiology Review. This issue features a wide range of reviews and topical expert opinions. Highlights from the coronary section include a review of the clinical characteristics, pathogenesis and management of ‘primary’ microvascular angina, and a survey of the implications for new transcatheter heart valve design and patient management of delayed coronary occusion after TAVI. The structural section includes a debate as to whether to stay or stage, in terms of culprit vessel only, or complete revascularisation in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, and a review exploring the predictors, management and outcomes of annular rupture during transcatheter aortic valve implantation.

The Editorial Team and Publisher hope you find this issue of ICR valuable.
