This issue comprises a range of reviews and expert opinion articles focused on current questions in interventional cardiology. Highlights include discussions of percutaneous coronary intervention in older people, preventing contrast-induced renal failure and the use of drug-coated balloon-only angioplasty instead of stents for the management of native coronary disease.
