In this video, Dr Arditya Damarkusuma (Universitas Gadjah Mada, ID) presents his case report on aorto-ostial lesions, recently published in ICR Journal

This case covers the restenosis of a markedly protruding stent at the right coronary ostium in a 54-year old man, and is unusual in its 10-year longevity. Intravascular ultrasound-guided in-stent restenosis intervention using a wire bumper technique was performed.
